INVENTORY All items at Elle-a-Belle Designs are carefully and closely photographed to ensure that you see the attention, detail and quality that is given to each and every piece. Please be aware however that certain colors may be appear slightly different depending on your computer monitor. Each and every gemstone is carefully handpicked for its quality. All items at Elle-a-Belle Designs are handmade, one-of-a-kind or limited editions pieces and are removed from the inventory once they are placed in your cart. In the event that you place an order for an item that has already been sold, we will notify you as soon as we can, usually within 24 hours. In these circumstances, we can work with you to create a similar design that will suit your needs. If the gemstones are readily available, you can expect to receive the item within 2 weeks of the order date. If an item is "OUT OF STOCK" or "SOLD," please use the "CONTACT US" page and indicate your interest in the piece. We will let you know if and when it will be available through backorder. CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY All Elle-a-Belle Designs Jewelry should be handled with care, as it is delicate. While not being worn, the jewelry should be carefully stored away from other jewelry to keep it from getting tangled. Please remember that the focal flowers in the three-strand special collection necklaces are made of glass, making them especially delicate. Never store them where they can click against other objects. Always store them at room temperature since extreme heat or cold may cause the glass to break. That being said, the glass flowers are kiln annealed for strength. Thus, with the proper care, you will have a lifetime of use and enjoyment from these pieces. SHIPPING Items are shipped usually within 7 to 10 days from the date of ordering. We offer free shipping on all orders over $300. Shipping costs for orders under $300 are only $5.00. All items are packaged in a lovely gift box. RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND/REPAIR Elle-a-Belle Designs wants you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise in original condition for either a full refund (less shipping and handling) or store credit within 14 days from the date of shipping. This 14 day policy will be strictly enforced. No exceptions. In the event that your items become damaged during normal wear or shipping, we will gladly repair them free of charge within 3 months from the date of shipping. After three months, we will repair your items for a small fee. This guarantee does not apply to the glass focal flowers from the three-strand special collections. We will only replace the glass flower if it breaks during shipping. In the event that the flower breaks due to your storage of it, we can offer you a substitute flower at a charge. Since each flower in unique, I will most likely be unable to give you the exact same flower. Please review our policy on storage of these necklaces to ensure that you do not have any breakage problems! To return an item, you will need to first notify us by email of the item you wish to return or exchange. Please include your invoice number, the item number/name and item quantity. An email acknowledging your return will be sent to you, usually within 24 hours. We need to receive your returned merchandise within 10 days from the time we respond to your email. This 10 day policy will be strictly enforced. No exceptions. When sending back the merchandise, please make sure all items are carefully packaged and include a copy of the original receipt. Please insure your package to the full value. We cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. No refund or store credit can be issued in such instance. We will refund you via your original method of payment. Please remember that it might take your credit card company 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund amount to show up on your statement.
